We currently ship orders within Indonesia using J&T Express.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and available shipping service.

Free shipping eligibility is automatically applied at checkout when the order meets the required minimum purchase.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and courier service.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

LUNE TAMA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and items received.

For packages reported as lost or experiencing delivery issues, we will assist in coordinating with the courier.
